  • Joyride Max

    Joyride’s character is embedded in its name – joy to ride. Do not be fooled by its simple design, it’s packed with features usually available from much more expensive scooters.

    Joyride balances easily and makes you feel safe both at high speeds and turtle-pace. The footboard is wide enough to support standing feet side by side.

    10″ high-end CST-tires and rear disc brake guarantee good grip. Front suspension and pneumatic tires neutralize the bumps and vibration. You are visible to other commuters thanks to the front and rear LED lights, brake light and side-reflectors.

    Joyride is a folding scooter – it can be quickly folded to save space in storage, public transport or car trunk. Both handlebars can also be folded making it really very slim. There is also a fixed T-bar option available. The handlebar height can be adjusted with quick release.

     

    Joyride’s performance is optimized for long-distance city rides rendering up to 50km (depends of the model) range in one charge. 36V/350W(Joyride Eco) and 48V/500W(Joyride and Joyride Max) motor in combination with 10Ah(Joyride Eco), 13Ah(Joyride) or 17.5Ah(Joyride Max) batterys offers plenty of power in acceleration and uphill. The top speed of 35km/h is significantly more than the factory-limited 25km/h, compliant with the EU-regulation. There are 3 speeds that can be set on display, from walking pace to top commuting speed. The scooter can be set to support zero-start and cruise control.

    Operation of the scooter is intuitive: power on, push it start moving and pull the throttle with index finger on your right. Brake lever is on your left, so are the buttons for lights and the horn.

    Scooter charging takes about 7 hours from 0-100% with regular charger. The charging port is in the front left corner of the footboard. The port is covered with the cap and it is important to keep it on tightly at all times.

    The LCD screen shows all the relevant information: speed, battery, gear, trip, and mileage. To save the battery, auto-off activates in 3 minutes if none of the functions has been used.

    The list of accessories and options is extensive: rear rack, fixed T-bar, rear and front baskets, phone holder, additional headlight. It can also pull a trailer with suitable mount.

    Weighing only 15 kg, Joyride is easy to fold and carry. It offers heaps of joy from the riding experience, while being a serious piece of machinery, that’s not going to leave you on the road. Joyride is made for everybody in the big family.

    Svan on stiilipuhas, kerge, kompaktne ning ülilihtne kasutada – gaas pidur ja ega seal rohkem polegi. Ahjaa, ekraan kiiruse ja aku näitajatega on ka ning äpp :). Käe otsas kaasavõtmiseks on ta kerge ja kompaktne, sobib hästi ka naisterahvale. Linnas liikumiseks on see väga mugav elektritõuks.

    Kuna olen VÄGA palju kokku puutunud Ninebot ES4-dega, siis võrdlen GPad Svan MAXi sellega: Svanil on hea kaalujaotus – nii sisemine kui ka välimine aku asuvad madalal, mis tagab madala raskuskeskme ning seeläbi parema manööverdavuse ja sõidumugavuse. Täiskumm kärgrehvid väiksema velje peal – sellel on suur sõidumugavuse ning põrutamisvastane eelis ES4-ga võrreldes, millel on väga õhuke täiskummrehv. Kärgrehv käitub nö. lisa-amortisaatorina. Lihtne ja mugav kokkuvoltimis mehhanism – tänu heale juhtraua kujule (õhuke disain) on seda ratast väga mugav kaasas kanda, ES4 juhtraud on suhteliselt jäme ja lisaaku on täpselt keskel, pole kätt mitte kuskil hoida.
